Collection: Alison Boyack

Alison, born in Montreal in 1969 and raised in various Ontario towns, attended the Ontario College of Art and Design before moving from Toronto to Collingwood in 2005. Since graduating in 1993, she has used oils to capture light, color, and texture, bringing to life scenes that evoke a deep, personal connection. Her passion for landscape painting began in 1995 during her travels, inspiring her to exhibit her work by 1997. Alison draws inspiration from both distant landscapes and local surroundings, with nature's patterns, colors, and light serving as endless sources of wonder that she translates onto canvas.
